Chelsea Transfer News: Tracking All the Latest Rumors and Updates

Chelsea have already had a strong summer transfer window. The acquisitions of Marko Marin and Eden Hazard have placed the Blues in a strong position for the upcoming English Premier League season.

However, with the league still a month away from beginning, there's still plenty of time for the Blues to work their magic in the transfer window and bring further talent to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have been strongly linked with several big-name players, so we've put all the latest rumors, updates and gossip about the champions of Europe right here in one place for you.

Oscar

Kicking off our list is Brazilian sensation Oscar, who recently had his medical at Chelsea in preparation for his move to Stamford Bridge, according to the Daily Mail.

The 20-year-old midfielder is believed to be moving to the London club next season on a £25 million deal, with an official announcement expected by the club in the near future.

Florent Malouda

Chelsea winger Flourent Malouda has been told he can leave the Blues this summer, according to the Daily Star.

The Frenchman is believed to want to move to South America because his wife is Brazilian.

Brazilian trio Santos, Botafogo and Vasco Da Gama are all reportedly keen on the French international, who at age 32, is unlikely to feature prominently in Chelsea's starting side next season.

Willian

In some rather stunning news, Chelsea have reportedly had a bid for Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker Willian rejected, the club's manager Mircea Lucescu told Dolce Sport (via Football 365).

The stunning part is the reported £26 million offer that the Blues have put together for Willian, who his manager thinks is even better than Chelsea's prized recruit Eden Hazard.

Cesar Azpilicueta

Chelsea are also believed to be back in talks for Spanish right-back Cesar Azpilicueta, who is currently at French club Marseille, according to the Daily Mail.

The Blues, who made an initial inquiry for the defender during the January transfer window, have reportedly renewed their interest in the 22-year-old. At just £7 million, Azpilicueta could represent an excellent signing for the squad at Stamford Bridge.

Victor Moses

According to the Daily Mirror, Victor Moses has been told by current club Wigan Athletic that he should stay at the DW Stadium and not move to Chelsea, if he has "any brains."

Moses has been strongly linked with a move away from the Latics this summer.

According to Wigan chairman Dave Whelan, the Blues have made three bids for the forward, none of which have been accepted.

Thorgan Hazard

Chelsea are rumored to be interested in signing Eden Hazard's brother Thorgan Hazard, according to the Daily Mirror.

The younger Hazard is 19 years old, and has made only 11 appearances for Ligue 2 side Lens. However, the club's sporting director Antoine Sibierski has confirmed interest from the Champions League winners.

Stevan Jovetic

Originally understood to be a transfer target for the Blues should their deal with Hulk fall through, Fiorentina sporting director Daniele Prade has now suggested that star Stevan Jovetic will cost €30 million, according to Goal.com

Chelsea will not only have to pay the huge transfer fee, but also beat out potential suitors Juventus, who are rumored to be chasing the Fiorentina striker for next season.

The huge price tag and interest from the Italian champions must surely mean the end of any interest from Chelsea, who have better options to pursue over the summer transfer window.

Hulk

Speaking of strikers that Chelsea may not land, it now appears unlikely that Hulk will end up at Stamford Bridge after all.

Tottenham Hotspur are believed to have targeted the Brazilian striker, according to the Daily Star.

Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas has a strong relationship with Hulk from their days at Porto.
