Manchester United Transfer Report: Sao Paulo Undecided over Selling Lucas to Utd
According to Lancenet, a Brazilian publication, Sao Paulo officials are currently split over whether or not they should accept Manchester United's offer for young starlet Lucas Moura (h/t Manutd.com).
Earlier this week, United had made a $30 million bid for Lucas, but were set back despite meeting Sao Paulo's initial asking price.
The report also claims that Inter Milan are set to bid for the youngster, but are unlikely to meet the Brazilian club's demands.

Such a story brings fresh optimism to the United fans who would welcome the signing of a player with Lucas' abilities and potential.
However, with negotiations looking to be in deadlock, it is not yet known whether or not United manager Sir Alex Ferguson would be willing to submit a fresh offer.
Earlier this month, Sir Alex declared it likely that the club would move for at least one more player this summer, as he looks to rejuvenate his squad ahead of what will most likely prove a difficult campaign (via Manutd.com).
Although most fans of the club claim that the team's greatest weakness currently lies in its lack of depth in central midfield, the Red Devils have only been linked with attacking players.
Indeed, it the Daily Mirror also reported on Wednesday that United have not yet given up on signing Arsenal's Robin van Persie, with Sir Alex supposedly privately revealing that he is confident of securing the Dutchman's signature this summer.
Such a transfer would likely cost United close to $25 million.
One thing is for certain: Until United declare their spending over, fresh tabloid rumours are certain to spring up each and every day.
