Olympic Blade Runner Oscar Pistorious Dating Russian Model Anastassia Khozissova

There is a great deal of hype surrounding South African runner Oscar Pistorious, and that will only get heightened as word leaks he is dating super model Anastassia Khozissova. 

The New York Post (h/t SportsGrid) reports the double amputee who may just engulf the London Games with controversy is dating a model that some are saying is one of the hottest in the world.

Sources tell us Pistorius — the double-amputee who’s qualified to run the 400 meters at the London Games — and Khozissova, the beautiful top model who’s graced the catwalks for Chanel, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs, have been “dating for just over a month.”

It's a small miracle news is barely getting out about this now. In the age of the 24-hour news cycle, Twitter and rampant paparazzi, you would think that one of the biggest names heading into the Summer Olympics would have suffered less privacy. 

Especially when it comes to this model. 

She is currently No. 3 on Modelina's leaderboard. The ranking is pure popularity as you rise and fall depending on how readers vote and comment on each model. 

It seems we have a winner for most popular couple headed into the games. 

As for Pistorious, it remains to be seen how he will be received after the game. I for one trumpet how wonderful it is to see the double amputee make his way into the Summer Olympics. 

There are some, however, who feel a victory from Pistorious would send shock waves of controversy through London. 

Former Olympic track star Michael Johnson believes Pistorious should not be running in the Olympics, and his inclusion may cause ripples for runners down the line that may dominate "able-bodied" athletes. 

What's abundantly clear is that Pistorious will no doubt hog the spotlight for his tremendous story and now his most photogenic girlfriend. 

Blade Runner is set to dominate the summer.
