US Olympics Archer Jennifer Nichols Saved First Kiss and Virginity for Fiance
The buildup to the 2012 Summer Olympics is quickly becoming all about sex, even for those who have never had any.
Every four years, the stories of past Olympic Village debauchery get drummed up and posted for the masses to chew on, keeping them satiated until the real action begins.
The latest was a great column posted by ESPN's Sam Alipour on past sex acts and partying that takes over the famed Village.
One person you can bet wouldn't take part in the wild festivities is Lolo Jones, the US hurdler who is as famous for her virginity as she is for her amazing ability to fly down the track.
She has company.
US Weekly (h/t Larry Brown Sports) has an interview with US archer Jennifer Nichols, and she has some things to relay about saving one's self for marriage, even to the point of remaining kiss-free:
""I saved my first kiss for the man I knew I was going to marry -- my fiance," the 28-year-old devout Christian tells Us Weekly of smooching her now-fiance, Chris Hardy, 25. "I made that commitment when I was about 13 years old. I knew that I wanted to save my kiss on top of purity. I felt like a kiss was something very special and I wanted to save that."
"
She may be a novice in smooching, but she has some serious game when it comes to picking up men. Here is how she nabbed her main squeeze, via US Weekly:
"We were both in the same political science class. I saw him from across the room and I was really attracted to him and then one morning I was coming from my Arabic class and I had a box of donuts and I saw him sitting on a bench so I offered him some donuts.
"
The best way to a man's heart is through his stomach, or so in my family. There is no way anyone can deny a woman with free donuts.
While Nichols is busy wading through a wild party in the Olympic Village and attempting to bring home gold, her fiance has quite the task as well. He will be doing a great deal of the wedding planning back at home.
More so than ever, the Olympics is becoming all about sex, even for those not planning on having any.
