Vegas Summer League TV Schedule 2012: When and How to Watch Lottery Picks Play
Jeremy Lamb, Terrence Ross and Bradley Beal have shined early on in Vegas Summer League play. The 2012 NBA Draft had a litany of shooting guards, and these three were among the best.
They are just three of the lottery selections from the June draft in action.
Lamb has scored 17 and 26 points respectively in two games for the Houston Rockets. Thus far he has been the most consistent of the Rockets' first round picks.
Terrence Ross had a solid all-around game in a losing effort against the Rockets in his debut. He had 21 points, two steals and three three-pointers. I believe he is the second-best shooting guard from the June draft, and I love his versatility.
Bradley Beal has been a bit of a mixed bag up to this point. He had 22 points in the opener, but only 14 in the second game. In the most recent game, which was a win over Lamb's Rockets, he struggled from the field and free-throw line.
He shot 4-for-10 from the field and 5-for-10 from the stripe. It's early, but this is a great way to get a glimpse of the NBA lottery picks, and other young stars trying to hone their skills.
