WWE Money in the Bank 2012 Predictions: Stars Who Will Get Last-Minute Matches

There are only five booked matches for WWE Money in the Bank, so unless two of them turns into an Ironman match, there will be more added.

There are some seemingly obvious omissions that will likely make an appearance. Here are three superstars that will probably put in work tonight:

Ryback

The WWE's newest monster is starting to ramp up the competition. He defeated someone we had all heard of on July 3 when he stomped Curt Hawkins.

He followed that up by defeating Hawkins' friend Tyler Reks this past Friday. There is no way the WWE will allow a pay-per-view to go by without Ryback having a match.

I expect Ryback to have another match against another lower-leveled star tonight.

Heath Slater anyone?

Layla

Theres no booked Divas' match, and that isn't likely to stand. The reigning Divas champion seems like a lock to appear and wrestle.

Many of us have been predicting an appearance from Kharma for months. Is it possible that she finally makes her return on a night that no Divas match is scheduled?

It's not a crazy thought, but I've been burned too many times on this to predict it.

Brodus Clay

Clay has been moving up the intangible WWE ladder, but he needs something moderately big to really make his mark. He smoked Drew McIntyre on Raw, and has been mildly feuding with the Big Show.

I think Clay makes an appearance tonight to interfere with Show in some way. He's probably headed for a classic big man feud with him. I'd expect that to go on for a few months or so with Show continuing to get the best of him.

It's not too bad, at least he seems to be moving up. He is a part of the WWE's promising crop of young stars. The best is yet to come for the Funkasaurus.
