WWE Money in the Bank 2012: Dolph Ziggler Must Win World Title Contract
One of the best things about a Money In the Bank ladder match is the way it can take a star and make him even bigger in the eyes of the fans.
Dolph Ziggler has been everyone's favorite wrestler in WWE for the better part of a year, but he is missing that one big push to get him over the hump.
Even if I haven't been a fan of the way WWE has used Ziggler for basically all of 2012, the very least the company can do for him is put him over in the World Championship Contract Ladder Match on Sunday.

Unlike the WWE Championship Contract Ladder Match, the SmackDown side feels fairly wide open. Part of that is because the other match features John Cena, but I think that WWE wants to do something special with the World Title Ladder Match.
I could see WWE going with Damien Sandow or Cody Rhodes in this match, though I think it is Ziggler's time. He has been used in championship matches whenever WWE needs a body, and he has done a masterful job every single time.
In the matches where Ziggler has been buried—like at the Royal Rumble against CM Punk—he has made them work because he is such a good wrestler.
WWE knows what it has in Ziggler, or else he wouldn't keep getting used when the company is in a crunch. It would be nice if the company actually gave him wins over some big stars every now and then, but beggars can't be choosers.
Ziggler has the potential to be a big star in WWE. He has to be pushed to that level sooner rather than later, or else the fans are always going to see him as a great mid-card wrestler.
I can't say whether Ziggler has hit that point just yet. I do know that if he doesn't get made to look like a big deal in the near future, the time will pass for us to ever find out.
It is time for Ziggler to be given real main-event spots. The easiest way for WWE to do that will be having him win the Money In the Bank match.
