Hulk Not Talking to Chelsea?

Hulk has held no talks with Chelsea or any other club, according to quotes attributed to the player himself.

ESPNSoccernet cites Lancenet in quoting Hulk: "I haven't talked to anyone. As everyone knows, I don't follow negotiations closely as that will make me lose my focus. I let my agent deal with that stuff."

Hulk, 25, has been capped by Brazil 13 times. He joined Porto from Tokyo Verdy in 2008.

Spurs Closing in on Lloris?

Tottenham Hotspur are close to signing France international goalkeeper Hugo Lloris from Lyon (Daily Mail).

Lloris, 25, captained Les Bleus to the quarterfinals of Euro 2012 this summer. He is thought to be valued around £16 million.

Brad Friedel, Spurs' current No. 1 keeper, would welcome the Lloris signing, according to The Sun.

Loan Move for Carroll?

Who wants Andy Carroll? Anyone? Everyone?

Liverpool are reportedly willing to accept up to a £20 million loss on £35 million forward Andy Carroll (The Independent), who wants to remain at Anfield.

Liverpool have contacted clubs to determine whether any would take Carroll on loan for the season (Daily Telegraph).

West Ham United are reportedly planning a bid (Daily Mirror).

Ibra, Silva Still in PSG's Plans?

Paris Saint-Germain have not given up on signing forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic and defender Thiago Silva from AC Milan this summer (L'Equipe via Goal.com).

Both were linked with PSG earlier this summer, but no moves materialized. Silva even signed a new deal with Milan.

Now, however, reports are linking PSG with a €60 million move for both players.

Barca After Cabaye?

French international midfielder Yohan Cabaye has emerged as a transfer target for Barcelona, according to The Sun.

According to the report, Barca are considering an £8 million bid for Cabaye, who currently plays for Newcastle. Cabaye, 26, joined Newcastle from Lille in 2011.

Jovetic to Cost How Much?

Fiorentina have placed a €30 million price tag on Montenegrin forward Stevan Jovetic, according to Goal.com.

According to Metro, however, the price is £20 million.

Juventus, Arsenal and Chelsea are thought to be interested in Jovetic, 22.
