MMA Receiving Incredible Support for Keeping Rules Legal in Quebec

The support has been phenomenal and your voices are being heard! Since launching the online petition Saturday morning, there have been 578 signatures.

This means that approximately every six minutes, someone is signing the petition that will be submitted to the R??gie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux (RACJ) this Friday.

The purpose of the petition is to let the RACJ know how much support a decade of MMA in Quebec has earned across the province, the nation, and across North America. From Web sites, to clothing companies, to fighters themselves, everyone has been coming together to sign this petition and to have shown their comments to be passionate but respectful.

We hope that this trend continues throughout the week, and that even more media outlets and fight fans can continue to grow the support for this cause.

What else you can do:

1. The franchise is actively on Facebook and so are many of our fans. Lend us your status update for the rest of the week, and put the link to the online petition in your Facebook status: http://www.petitiononline.com/franchis/petition.html

2. Send an email to the RACJ, but please, as Stephane Patry had requested in his interview with the Ultime Fanatic, demonstrate yourself to be polite, intelligent, and respectful.

3. Send an email to ESPN's MMA LIVE. Nothing gets results like putting the spotlight on the RACJ to the world stage.
