WWE News: Shawn Michaels Confirms Impending Return

Shawn Michaels recently took some time out of his busy schedule to post a video on YouTube, in which he updates fans on his current projects and when he plans on working with the WWE again.

According to WrestlingInc.com, "Shawn Michaels confirmed that he will be at the 1000th episode of RAW."

Unfortunately, Michaels didn't elaborate on what the plans were for him at the show. Instead, he said that not even he knows what the company is planning. According to Michaels, when booked for these types of appearances, he is simply asked if he can attend. He only finds out what's in store for him when he arrives for the event.

The WWE seems to be pulling out all the stops to make sure the 1,000th episode of Raw is both solid and memorable. However, with so many stars slated to appear, one must wonder what the plans are—especially considering they only have three hours to make it memorable.

According to WWE.com, other notable stars slated to appear include Bret Hart, Brock Lesnar, Kelly Kelly as well as all the usual suspects like John Cena and CM Punk. I am also certain that the WWE will add or already has more former superstars ready to go.

To me, this episode of Raw needs to focus on the past and not really put too much effort into current storylines. In the end, I guess we will have to wait and see what the WWE has planned for Michaels and the special show.
