Triple H Wins The SmackDown Elimination Chamber To Become a 13-Time World Champ!

In an incredible match-up between Vladimer Kozlov, the Big Show, Undertaker, Edge(c), Jeff Hardy, and Triple H for the WWE Title we saw one man come out on top, and that was Triple H.

In a surprising turn of events Edge (c) was the first man eliminated, by Jeff Hardy. Kind of ironic isn't it?

Then of course Kozlov and Show were the next to go. Jeff Hardy hung for a while and just when you thought he would make it out on top, he was tombstoned by the Undertaker.

Hardy was being beat up, just about the entire time, but did very well. We even saw an extreme Swanton out of him.

Then it came down to two, Undertaker and Triple H. It went back and forth, it was a chokeslam by Taker, HHH kicked out. Then it was a spinebuster by HHH to Taker, Taker kicked out.

Then all the sudden a tombstone by Taker to HHH. But right as the ref was coming down for the three count, HHH got his foot on the rope, therefore stopping the count. Many including myself, thought there were no rope breaks in the Chamber match.

There must be if HHH used one, but I was surprised by it. But back to the match.

HHH sent Taker into the turnbuckle. He went up to start punching Taker, then Taker grabbed him and went for a Last Ride Powerbomb. Then all the sudden HHH slipped out and hit the Pedigree and 1....2....3. HHH becomes a 13-time World Champion.

Which just goes to show you that the WWE are going for the Ric Flair record with him now. Flair, a 16-time World Champion, has been a friend of Triple H's for some time now. So who would be the better person to attain the record?

I can't think of anyone else. Triple H, is however the the man with the most World Title in one company, the WWE. Flair won World Titles in the WWE and WCW, as well as NWA.

All prestigious no doubt, but not in one place.

The problem I have with this is that we just got off a Triple H reign not 3 months ago. Why give it back to him? You couldn't leave it on Edge or place it back on Jeff Hardy?

We the WWE fan are getting sick of seeing one champion have the title every other month. Last time  Triple H had the title he really was the only guy who could hold it at the time.

He won it before the WWE draft, and kept it through the draft. When he won it on RAW, both Orton and Cena were not there. Punk was not yet champion, and well Triple H was really the only guy who could be a good champion then.

But that is different now, you have Edge and Jeff Hardy, two very capable Champions. So why not give it to them? Well either way he did win the title. So there is your No Way Out update.
