WWE News: Sheamus Praises Dolph Ziggler in WWE.com Exclusive Interview

After defeating Dolph Ziggler at No Way Out and retaining his World Heavyweight Championship, Sheamus shared his thoughts on Ziggler in a WWE.com exclusive interview.

You can watch the entire interview here, but basically, Sheamus had nothing but good things to say about "The Showoff."

For instance, Sheamus said that Ziggler pushed him as far as anyone had pushed him since he won the World Heavyweight Championship. Sheamus also said that Ziggler is very close to making it to the next level.

Ultimately, this should be good news to Ziggler fans. It eases fans' doubts as to whether Ziggler will ever get to the top of the WWE mountain.

To me, it seems Sheamus was reading from a script, so Sheamus' comments probably reflect WWE's opinions on Ziggler—which isn't a bad thing.

Regardless of whether Sheamus was speaking from the heart or not, Sheamus' comments can only mean good things for Ziggler.

Comments or no comments, WWE has obviously noticed Ziggler's talent.

Ziggler has gotten tons of exposure on both RAW and SmackDown for quite some time now. Also, if WWE weren't impressed with Ziggler, they likely wouldn't have chosen him as Alberto Del Rio's replacement in the World Heavyweight Championship match last night at No Way Out.
