Chris Bosh, Not Amare "No Defense" Stoudemire Key to Bulls' Success

The trade winds are rustling but for all the wrongs reasons in Windy City.

The hype is around Amare Stoudemire. And I don't get it. He cannot play defense and can hardly make a shot in the paint if someone is on him. Especially with his back to the basket.

The man Chicago needs is Chris Bosh. If you have not heard he wants out of Toronto. He wants to win. He plays great basketball. He is a scoring threat inside and a great defender. He has been doing it all himself so far. Imagine pairing him with Rose. It would give both players many great shot oppurtunties. This is exactly what Chicago needs. Now that it is clear he will not be staying in Toronto for very long the Bulls need to pull off some kind of trade. Nocioni, Gordon, Thomas, Noah any combination of those I would like to see. Toronto should be happy with that, I mean its better then nothing next year.

Lets look more at Amare Stoudemire. A player who just wants to look good to make more money. Now that the run and gun offense is gone he is practically useless. The Bulls will be a quick team but you cannot rely on a player who can only play that type of game. Run and gun does not win championships Phoenix realized it thats why they are getting rid of him. Lets not forgot NO DEFENSE. I would rather hold on to Tyrus Thomas than trade for Amare Stoudemire.

I would rather hold on to Tyrus Thomas than trade for Amare Stoudemire.

He is still developing, but he will be a better player than Stoudemire. He might not be able to ever score as much as Stoudemire, but he will give you a solid game on both ends. This is what the Bulls need. We are not going to win championships with Stoudemire. Stoudemire already had a chance with a great point guard Steve Nash. No championship there. Bosh is putting up similar numbers without a point guard near the quality of Nash now. This really is a no brainer.

If anything Stoudemire would make the team worse and self-destruct right when things are coming back together. Bosh is the only choice out of the two. The argument is, Bosh does not have to stay after next season; however, neither does Stoudemire. Both will be free agents. 

There is a risk here, but it must be taken. I say we take it on Bosh. Who along with Rose can take this team to the top. Paxson, I hope you read this somehow. Seriously, you have to get something done. Your career depends on it. Especially if you make the wrong move and destroy this team. Do not trade for Stoudemire because thats what will happen.

Look at  Chris Paul and Tyson Chandler so now picture Rose and Bosh. They would be THE DYNAMIC DUO. Especially going into the 2010 summer. Can you imagine how many players would be interested in coming to Chicago. Say hello to Lebron James and Dwyane Wade knocking on the door along with everyone else begging to play for the Bulls. Well except for maybe Larry Hughes.

Paxson seriously already trade Larry Hughes. Call Washington. Give him away for anything that can help get Bosh. Even have Toronto involved. Make it a three-way trade where we actually get something out of it this time.

Do not ruin this team think Paxson think. Same with all you other terrible knuckle heads who actually think Amare Stoudemire would be a good thing for this Bulls.

Chris Bosh should be the number one priority right now and no one realizes it.
