2012 Belmont Stakes Live Stream: Where to Catch Final Leg of Triple Crown Online
The 2012 Belmont Stakes will begin shortly, despite the absence of Triple Crown hopeful I'll Have Another.
When: 6:40 EST
Where: Live stream at NBCSports.com
And, of course, you can tune your television set to NBC as well.
According to Bovada, these are the final odds entering today's Triple Crown finale:
| Post Position | Horse | Odds |
| 1 | Street Life | 9-1 |
| 2 | Unstoppable U | 10-1 |
| 3 | Union Rags | 5-2 |
| 4 | Atigun | 20-1 |
| 5 | Dullahan | 3-1 |
| 6 | Ravelo's Boy | 25-1 |
| 7 | Five Sixteen | 16-1 |
| 8 | Guyana Star Dweej | 21-1 |
| 9 | Paynter | 9-2 |
| 10 | Optimizer | 13-1 |
| 11 | I'll Have Another | Scratched |
| 12 | My Adonis | 19-1 |
These odds have changed drastically over the past two days. I'll Have Another's tragic injury sent shockwaves through the Belmont field and forced racing fans to take a second glance at today's racing form.
Favorites Union Rags and Dullahan are easy picks to take the cake on today's lengthy run.
But let's take a look at two other horses worth paying attention to.
Unstoppable U
This horse was running at 20-1 odds yesterday, but those have been cut in half. He is an interesting long shot with a shocking upset in mind.
Unstoppable U has won the only two races of his career, including a victory on Belmont's track. He has never won a race of this length, but his short-burst speed is well established.
If he can get off to a hot start and maintain his speed on the backstretch, Unstoppable U could finish in the front of the pack.
Street Life
Street Life receives considerable hype because of his famous sire, Street Saver. He is racing at 9-1 odds but could certainly contend with this race's favorites.
He enters the race with two career victories. He's also lost three contests, but the experience will go a long way.
Pedigree goes a long way in determining a horse's endurance, and Street Life's family bloodlines run deep with racing success.
He must find a way to get off the rail early. If he can, expect him to stay in this contest until the finish line.
The Triple Crown's ultimate leg is almost upon us. Make sure you tune in, and check out Bleacher Report's Horse Racing page for your post-race coverage.
