Podcast of the Week: A Triple Shot of CFB as Prominent Voices Get Together
Every Friday, we bring you a podcast of the week in order to expand your horizons and give you something fun to consume during your work day or weekend. This week is a bit special because we give you a triple shot of college football podcasting.
Ordinarily, I don't self-promote much here at Your Best 11. I've got my own standalone podcast, and while I think it is mighty informative, I would rather give some other folks the shine since you fine people are already heading on over to YB11 to read my daily ramblings.
This Friday though? Things are bit different as I got the chance to work with some of the stars of the college football world, and the audio is worth a listen just to hear their take on things.
First up, we've got the Solid Verbal podcast by Ty Hildenbrandt and Dan Rubenstein, probably the best college football podcast out there. These guys have been getting their show down to a science, and this week they had me on to talk a little UNC and random college football musings. However, the true star here is Spencer Hall from EDSBS as he talks Florida, SEC and college football in general.
Give that show a listen by clicking here and streaming or, as always, grab the audio to download and listen later by clicking here.
The Crystal Ball Run held a bit of an event this weekend as a couple of some of my favorite writers from around the college football blogosphere got together to wax lyrical all philosophical-like on conference realignment.
I will warn you folks; this is a heavy listen. It is an hour of talking television deals, FBS sub-divisions and nostalgia for old rivalries; all moderated well by Allen Kenney of Blatant Homerism. It was an honor to take the stage with Mark Ennis of Big East Coast Bias, Honus "The Dude" Sneed of 'Eer Insider, Matt Zemek of College Football News and Senator Blutarsky of Get The Picture.

To wrap things up, we figured we would kick in this edition of the No 2 Minute Warning Podcast that features University of Texas, San Antonio head coach, Larry Coker.
Kevin McGuire talks to him about his last few years, clawing his way back into football as a head coach and of course the future of the Road Runners. Coker is pretty candid, and it really is a great talk about building a program, how realignment affects its future and the challenges that come with starting from scratch.
