NY Giants First-Round Pick David Wilson Amazes with Backflips and Juggling
There is no telling what kind of running back David Wilson will turn into in the NFL, but he is already amazing me well before his first professional game.
The offseason is always good for two things: athletes getting in trouble and athletes accomplishing random acts of athletic brilliance.
We have another video of an athlete getting bored and strutting his stuff, much like Jarron Gilbert jumping out of a pool or Keith Eloi doing the same, only backwards.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Wilson has some antics to share that don't involve dudes wading around in the shallow end. We came across some videos posted over at Bob's Blitz, and they feature the rookie running back doing backflips.
As you can see, "doing backflips" just doesn't do Wilson justice, because he is flipping faster than I sprint. You can almost hear the cameraman begin to huff and puff as he tries to keep up with the Giants' newest acquisition.
Wilson's reference to Jason Pierre-Paul is for the 2009 backflip contest he had with Kion Wilson. We now need a clash of Pierre-Paul and David Wilson, after the new Giants player threw down 21 on tape.
Wilson's claims of being the best acrobat in the NFL only get more credence in the second video, which shows him doing backflips...with no hands. The magic number this time is 13, roughly 13 times the number of somersaults I can do.
The insanity doesn't end there, because Wilson could be right at home in some circus tent. The gifted athlete is also an accomplished juggler.
The New York Post ran a report that Wilson happened by a couple of jugglers outside FAO Schwartz and tried his hand at the activity.:
"Spies saw the former Virginia Tech star walking by FAO Schwarz, where two jugglers dressed as toy soldiers performed outside Sunday. “David stopped and asked if he could try,” said a spy, “and he was a better juggler than they were!”
"
Showing up proven jugglers aside, I am loving this kid. Confidence, bravado and the ability to impress the world one one-minute video at a time is pure swag. I am hoping Wilson makes good on his athletic promise, because I need to see some more insane acts of silliness.
