Pacquiao vs. Bradley Predictions: Why Pac-Man Will Win in Decision

Alex KayJun 7, 2018

Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley will be engaging in battle tonight and hopefully giving the massive pay-per-view audience what should be nothing less than an epic fight that goes the distance.

Pac-Man is definitely hoping that it goes 12 rounds, or he might be on the wrong end of the expected outcome.

Let’s take a look at why this fight could end with a decision in the Filipino’s favor.

Hasn’t Had a True Knockout Since Ricky Hatton in 2009

Pac and Hatton stepped into the ring back in May of ’09 and it quickly ended with Pacquiao finishing the second round with a KO of his British opponent.

He has since fought Miguel Cotto (TKO, 0:55, 12th round), Joshua Clottey (unanimous decision), Antonio Margarito (UD), Shane Mosley (UD) and Juan Manuel Marquez (majority decision).

Pac just doesn’t seem to be concentrating on killing his opponent anymore and is more content to show his superior skills through the length of the match.

Not Going To Take Risks

After last November’s close call against Marquez, Pac isn’t going to risk losing to an up-and-comer like Bradley by leaving himself exposed by trying to land a crushing blow.

The best offense for Pacquiao will be a great defense. He’s going to be counterpunching his way through the rounds and using his superior quickness to his advantage.

Pacquiao will emerge with a solid win, but he’s not going to deliver the KO this way.

Bradley Will Force Judges To Make Decision

The challenger is no pushover here. He’s a world-class boxer that has every right to be in the ring against Pac-Man.

This is going to be an epic battle and Bradley will let himself get knocked out. He’s going to do everything in his power to last all 12 rounds and force the judges to make a tough call at the end of the bout.
