Belmont Race Track 2012: Length, Records, Belmont Park Info and More

Wes ODonnellJun 6, 2018

I'll Have Another has given new life to the Belmont Stakes and horse racing at large. The 2012 Kentucky Derby and 2012 Preakness winner is looking to become the first horse in 34 years to win the vaunted Triple Crown.

To do so, he'll have to run the "Test of Champions," the most grueling of the three American Classic races.

According to Sportsbook.com, I'll Have Another is currently going off at 6-4, making him the overwhelming favorite in a field bereft of any elite challengers.

The biggest threats to I'll Have Another are Kentucky Derby runners Dullahan and Union Rags. While the latter completely underwhelmed at Churchill Downs, the three-year-old colt is still an impressive specimen who must not be underestimated. Dullahan, meanwhile, finished a strong third in the Run for the Roses.

The new horses who pose the biggest threat would be Paynter and Street Life, but they're still an afterthought to I'll Have Another.

Should the favorite run his race, there is no other horse that can stop him.
