NBA Playoffs 2012: Watch Rajon Rondo Drop Some Trash Talk on the Miami Heat
Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics saw the Celtics enter halftime with a 61-47 lead, having dominated their opponents in the opening half.
But that didn't stop Rajon Rondo from dropping some more domination when asked what holes Boston was looking to exploit in Miami's game as they attempt to level the series.
Rondo's answer?
""Them complaining and crying to the referees in transition..."
"
While some players go the tactful response that indicates a warning shot across the bow, Rondo seemingly went straight for the jugular of the Miami Heat.
His comments will most likely see him receive some sort of reprimand from the National Basketball Association as he showed what we'll call frustration at the officiating the Boston Celtics received throughout the first two games in Miami.
Rondo has been outstanding for the Celtics in the postseason, and has been without a doubt their best player throughout the Miami series.
Heading in to halftime, the point guard already had a double-double to his name and had chalked up just the one turnover—leading the Celtics to a 14-point lead at the break.
And if you couldn't tell from his comments, I think he's just a little fired up at the moment.
Just a little.
What did you think of Rajon Rondo's comments at halftime?
