WWE News: CM Punk Hinting at WrestleMania 29 Clash with Stone Cold Steve Austin?

CM Punk is one of the hottest tickets WWE has to its name today.

Punk is not only on a current six-month reign as WWE Champion, he has also been extremely entertaining and on top of his game in all of his matches, whether they are on Raw or on pay-per-views.

One thing that has really kept fans' interest in Punk is a potential feud leading to WrestleMania 29 with polar-opposite Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Well, if Punk is trying to hint at a possible clash between the Straight Edged Superstar and the beer drinking mega-superstar from the Attitude Era, he did a pretty good job with this Tweet late Thursday night.

This Tweet was retweeted by Punk. Yes, retweeted. It may not sound like much, but it is noteworthy. As most fans know, Punk is not a man who retweets things every time his name is mentioned in a tweet.

Needless to say, this will certainly spark up some controversy amongst the WWE Universe. 

A dream match between CM Punk and Stone Cold Steve Austin is something that every fan, whether they are from the current generation or from generations of old, can look forward to.

Punk and Austin had a minor altercation with one another on Raw last year when Austin was the special guest general manager for the evening. Austin offered Punk a beer while Punk laughed in his face, touting his Straight Edge lifestyle to him.

Of course, this could be Punk toying with his fans once again, but it is interesting to say the least.
