Did Georges St. Pierre Teach Himself a Lesson?

Ufc 94 was full of alot of evenly matches that resulted in decisions. Georges St-Pierre  BJ Penn 2 however was not. gsp delivered one of the most one sided beatings i have ever seen. penn couldn't even answer the bell. Now much is up to debate as to why this happened. 

some say it was simply because gsp is better. (i one of them) some say it was because penn had the flu (poor excuse) or gsp greases his back. A common one is penn was to out of shape. That may have been the case as well.

One more interesting note is that Bj penn belongs in 155 and made a mistake moving up to welter weight. i personally dont believe that. But it is interesting. Since Gsp's domination over penn a new question has risen. GSP VS Anderson Silva, who would win?

now that is a match that has epic written all over it. But then again so did penn gsp. if gsp moves up to 185 he may be at a size disadvantage. in the ufc middle weight div there are only 4 men at 5,10. weight wise gsp should be fine.

but did GSP teach him self a lesson? should he just stay in his own weight class? Or will the temptation succumb him like it did bj. gsp can sit in ww and dominate there. will that be enough tho? or will he want to achieve what bj could not. hold 2 belts in 2 different weight classes.

I think it is inevitable. Silva has already gone on saying " i am not impressed with his striking. i would like to defend my belt against him". Dana White is already salivating at this fight and the money that will fall in.

Who would win this potential clash of the titans? even for me this is to close to call. if gsp can get it to the ground he could possibly controll him. on the feet tho Silva can pick him apart. he would have a definitive height and reach advantage. at the end of the day i would have to go with Silva.

I do believe this would not be a one sided beating such as Penn gsp. But i see a tko victory for Silva. but nothing would surprise me in that fight. weather gsp should or shouldent go for this fight i say it will happen. And when it does hopefully irony wont bite gsp in the ass and we will get the fight that night that we all wanted at ufc 94.
