I'm the New Guy

Hello to all of you out there in the interweb. I'm the new guy here at Sixty Feet, Six Inches. You can call me Joe or Indy. I'm a junior at Indiana University-Bloomington in the Kelley School of Business.

Now you're probably wondering what I will be bringing to this fine blog, well, I must tell you that I will be your resident financial analyst. I will be writing about free cash flows and the current economic crisis.

Probably not, but if you are I'll let you know that I'm kidding, but don't push me or I will start busting some of that out.

In all seriousness, I will be focusing a lot of my efforts on the Indiana Pacers and the NBA. I bleed blue and gold.

Have you ever cried over a sports team? I have. Reggie's last game, the day after the brawl, as a Pacer fan I've been forced to show a lot of emotion. However, the Pacers have given me more great memories than bad ones, and for that I am ever thankful.

The past few years have been dark and dreary, I will not lie. However, a savior has arrived, and on his back he carries the hope of a franchise. I am of course speaking of Danny Granger. The Pacers newest All-Star, and the fifth leading scorer in the NBA.

So for those of you still reading I salute you, and for those of you who have stuck with the Pacers through the past few seasons (like me) I salute you as well. (NOTE: A rare double salute! Feel honored.)
