Bikini Hockey League Will Be Just Like Lingerie Football on Skates

If you are fans of bikinis, hockey, or even leagues in general, you will enjoy the latest breaking news featuring hot, athletic women playing sports. 

Fox Sports' Keith Whitmire reports on a budding new league that is still in its formative stages. Trust me when I say that you will want to stick around until it's full-fledged opening. 

This is a story about Cary Eskridge, a man with a dream to see women in bikinis skate around on inline skates and make him millions. At least, that's what I presume to be the dream he talks about in the article.

"I never dreamed in a million years that we would have this much interest in it," Eskridge said. "I'm just thrilled beyond my wildest dreams."

That interest comes in the form of 60,000 hits within a four-hour period of the initial announcement of the formation of a Bikini Hockey League.

Whitmire's report states that Eskridge has a background in video production and is hoping to start this league with two teams and film a reality series off of it. 

He is even looking for a mansion to house his beautiful hockey players. 

However, don't you dare compare this to the Lingerie Football League. You know, the league that is shown on MTV2 and features beautiful women playing a contact sport in absurdly skimpy outfits. 

"I don't like to be compared to that, really," Eskridge said. "It's a totally, completely different sport. I don't want to say anything negative, I just think this will be more compelling and engaging. But time will tell."

Compelling?

The casting portion of the website asks for many things, none of which is a resume on hockey accolades or a video illustrating ability to play. 

However, a head shot, full-length front photo in a bikini and a full-length backside photo in a bikini are requested. 

Not that there is anything wrong with that, but call the league what it is and don't try and sully the proud LFL in the process. 

They have given us such hits as coaches screaming expletives (note: Video NSFW due to profanity) and woman getting crushed, and in just this week only. 

So I understand that these are two completely different sports and I am intrigued in a myriad of ways, but this is exactly like the Lingerie Football League. 

Just own it.
