WWE Manual: Greg Bush's idea of how to run a successful Raw

For decades all fans of wrestling have had a picture in their mind of how they would run a wrestling show. Ray Bogusz has already taken Smackdown, so I have decided to take on Raw, which is great for me because HBK and Kane are there, which already gives me a lot to work with.

Okay, I guess I need to have some rules for myself, and these will help you follow along.

1) I can only use superstars that are on that show, but ECW lets both Raw and Smackdown use their stars, so I get to use some of the Extreme in my show.

2) If a star is injured in real life, that takes them out of my shows. (No Evan Bourne, sadly)

3) My WWE title must be defended at least one weekly show each three months.

4) My tag titles will be defended every two weeks.

5) My intercontinental and women's title will be defended every three weeks.

6) I can't add talent.

7) The draft won't affect me because Ray and I will distribute the superstars ourselves.

8) As far as specialty matches go, I'll let you decide those each week. Because I can't have a poll this week, I won't have one.

Okay, before I get started, I want to say that I am starting from this past Monday, not for next week. So this is from Jan. 26, 2009.

The show has started with King and Cole asking the boys in the back to show last week's footage, which was of course Vince McMahon getting punted by Randy Orton. After the footage has been shown, King shows his true feelings about Orton.

Orton's music plays and Legacy comes out talk about what happened last week.

"First off, let me start off by saying that Vince McMahon deserved everything that happened to him last week. He should have calmed down his little princess from slapping me in the face, or better yet, he should have just gotten rid of her all together. I can't be the only one who thinks that Linda should've had an abortion."

Stephanie's music plays and she walks to the ring.

"Randy, what you did last week was unbelievable. How DARE you lay your hands on my father! I want an explanation, before I hand out your punishment!"

"Well Stephanie, the reason that I kicked your old man's brains out was because he is too old to run this business. He should have retired a long time ago and left it to someone else. (the crowd starts booing) I don't know what your booing at. You all know who it is...."

Randy and Stephanie kiss. Stephanie starts laughing.

"You see Dad, your just starting to lose that McMahon mindset that kept this business alive...well....you probably had some until last week. (Legacy laughs) You see dad, I felt it was time for you to pass the torch and handover the company to someone who know how to run a business."

Shane O' Mac's music plays as he stands at the top of the ramp. He is standing there shocked and surprised.

"Stephanie, what are you doing? Do you know what you've done? Dad has a concussion now, he can't think straight....(points at Randy) AND YOU!!! YOU ALMOST KILLED MY FATHER!!!!"

"Face it Shane, we both wanted Dad out the picture. Look at all that happened to him. In the past three years he has been embarrassed by D-X, his head shoved up Big Show's ass, shaved bald by Stone Cold Steve Austin, and faked his death. That last thing didn't affect you? It didn't make you want revenge, Shane? Well I Did!"

"Steph, that's how he has always been. Anything for ratings, remember? That's how he taught us. But it never meant almost killing someone...So this is it? You're with Orton and Legacy now? Fine, you talked about revenge earlier, so I'm getting revenge next week. Legacy, WATCH YOUR BACK!!"

Cut to commercial.

We come back to JBL and Shawn Michaels in the ring.

"Okay Shawn, tell me now!!! Tell me what in the Hell you were thinking Super kicking me in the face last night!!!"

"I kicked Cena too, JBL. I had to gain his trust."

"That's bull s*** and you know it!!! Do you want to keep your family off the streets? Then do what I say and help me win that title!!"

"Uh...actually, I had a match prepped for you tonight to get into the Elimination Chamber...."

Shawn hits the Sweet Chin Music on JBL and a ref comes down the ramp.

The crowd counts along. 1-2-3.

Shawn is in the Chamber.

"I gave you a chance, JBL. You see, I came to my senses. I don't need your money, I've had superstars and fans helping me get back on my feet while you were hand-feeding me your money. I'm tired of being your puppet."

Cut to Rey Mysterio getting ready for his match.

Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Rey Mysterio vs Mike Knox

Rey enters the ring with the crowd exploding with cheers. As he comes down the ramp, Knox comes out of nowhere and hits him from the back. They fight around the ring until Knox puts Rey in the ring. The match begins.

Knox is all over Rey with knees to the back of the head. He picks him up and Rey flys into the ropes, but counters into a hurricanranna. He tries to hit the 619 but Knox gets out the way and hits him with a big boot.

More attacks from Knox until Rey kicks him in the back of the head with an enziguri. He then takes out Knox's legs and hits a dropick to his face. He then tries to hit a frog splash, but Knox puts his knees up.

Knox picks him up and goes for his finisher, but rey counters into a roll-up and gets a two count. As Rey gets up, Knox tries to charge him but gets tripped up and lands on the ropes. Rey hits the 619 and drops the Dime leg drop for the pin.

Tag Team Title Match

Morrison and the Miz are in the ring ready for their tag title match against Cryme Tyme.

Cryme Tyme enters the ring and start pounding the champs. JTG lands a neck breaker on Miz, and Shad flapjacks Morrison onto Miz. Cryme Tyme has the upper hand so far. JTG and Miz start fighting and Miz gets a suplex off, followed by an elbow.

He taunts to the crowd, but when he turns around JTG lands a spinning wheel kick and then jumps into a fist drop. He drags Miz into the corner and Shad gets into the match. Miz is pounded for about five minutes. Shad tries to land his finisher but Morrison lands that springboard kick onto Shad.

Morrison is now in and tries to pin Shad, but JTG breaks up the pin. JTG take Miz out to the floor. Morrison sets up for the Moonlight Drive, but Shad blocks it and lands the big boot. JTG comes back in and Cryme Tyme hits the G-9 for the win. We have NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS.

CM Punk and Jericho are shown in the back ready for their match

Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Punk vs Jericho

Both make their entrance, and Punk gets a huge ovation from the crowd. The match begins as the lock up. Jericho wins the lock up and puts Punk in the corner.

He starts hitting the back chops on Punk but they are eventually reversed by Punk and he uses his form of the tarantula lock. He breaks it and then lands the shining knee bulldog. Punk's momentum is building up, but Jericho reverses a clothesline into a cross body.

He then lands a Lionsault and then attempts the Code Breaker, but Punk catches Jericho and turns it into the Andaconda Vice. Jericho taps and Punk is going to the Elimination Chamber.

John Cena is shown talking to Lilian about Shawn's turn on JBL

"Shawn, I knew that you would come around. You are still the Heartbreak Kid that we all know and love."

Shawn enters the scene.

"Yes John, I am back. And I need to thank you and the others who helped me through my time of need, but that doesn't mean that I'm going to go easy on you at No Way Out."

Shawn and Cena leave.

Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Ted Dibiase vs Kane

They are both out in the ring when the show returns. Dibiase goes for a clothesline but is caught by Kane as he hits a Chokeslam for the Win.

(In case your counting, that's four out of five Chamber spots)

Cody Rhodes vs Goldust

Rhodes enters the ring as he is being booed. When Goldust's music plays, the crowd cheers, and chants YOU'RE SCREWED at Rhodes.

The match begins with Cody going for a clothesline, but Goldust reverses it into a mat slam. He then jumps up and drops an elbow on his brother. Goldust does his patented breath taunt at Cody, but Cody slaps him in the face. Bad move, because Goldust manhandles Cody and throws him into the Corner.

He then sets up the Shattered Dreams, and lands it. Cody falls over but sneaks a low blow in before the ref can see it. Cody taunts and tries to hit his DDT, but Goldust reverses it into the Curtain Call for the win.

The show is coming to a close, but we see Randy in his locker room. Stephanie has left and so has the rest of Legacy. Randy turns around and Shane hits him with an uppercut. They start fighting and end up in the ring. Shane grabs a trash can and tries to set up the Coast to Coast, but Orton gets out of the way before Shane jumps.
