Ruthless United Clean West Brom in Back Yard
After much speculation over who will play, and concerns about Manchester United's injury list, Sir Alex put a strong team on the field including a number of players that were supposedly injured.
A game that sprung controversy and a few bad decision on the path of the referee saw the Red Devils clean up West Brom with five goals.
West Brom came out fired up for the encounter with the league champions, the first ten minutes was fast paced with West Brom having majority of the possession. But once United settled down and got the bottle in opposition territory, it was one way traffic.

Paul Robinson, West Brom captain was sent off in the second half almost immediately after making a hard tackle on Ji Sung Park, after few replays a showed that Robinson did go in with studs up, and he in fact might have gotten a touch to the ball.
United ended the half 2-0 up, and came out in the second half rejuvenated by the possibility of another victory and more importantly three more points.
Vidic added to the tally with a classy head from a Ryan Giggs corner, many would have thought United would now sit back. But no, they continued the attack on a broken West Brom team, Ronaldo ended his 10-week league goal drought scoring brace.
Sir Alex said he was impressed with the ruthless attacking performance that players displayed and was hoping for similar commitment in future matches.
United will face Everton next, and Sir Alex will like to see a few more player recover from injuries during the week, which will give him more options in the midfield.
Last night we saw, Rio Ferdinand and Wes Brown back in helm, also another achievement was Edwin Van der Sar not letting the ball go through for 1035 minutes now—an English record.
