2013 NFL Mock Draft: Full First Round with Projected Draft Order
While we're only three rounds into the 2012 NFL draft, it's never too soon to start looking ahead to next year.
Here's a brief 2013 NFL mock draft:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Needs: QB, WR, LB
Deciding who will get a No. 1 overall pick is typically a crapshoot, but we're going with the rebuilding Raiders for 2013. New GM Reggie McKenzie has gutted the roster for salary-cap reasons, and it's going to take a year or two to recover through the draft.
When Carson Palmer struggles in 2012, McKenzie will have no problem making Barkley his immediate successor. The USC quarterback is this year's Andrew Luck.
2. Cleveland Browns: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
Needs: WR, QB, ROT, OLB, DE, DT, G/C
The Browns have made big upgrades on offense with Trent Richardson and Brandon Weeden, but receiver is still a noticeable issue.
3. Miami Dolphins: Sam Montgomery, DE/OLB, LSU
Needs: WR, ROT, S, DE, CB, TE, OLB
Ryan Tannehill shouldn't see much of the field in 2012, and even if he does, Miami will slide. The Dolphins then get an elite pass-rusher with a top-5 pick to team with Cameron Wake on the edge.
4. Indianapolis Colts: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Needs: NT, CB, WR, TE, G, DE, LB
The Colts have done well to surround Andrew Luck with talent in this year's draft. Next year, they get the monster left tackle to protect him for 10 years.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars: Jelani Jenkins, OLB, Florida
Needs: WR, C, ROT, CB, OLB, RB, DT
A first-round quarterback could be in play if Blaine Gabbert struggles, and a top-5 pick means we think he probably will. If Jacksonville gives him another year, upgrading the defense seems logical here.
6. Minnesota Vikings: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Needs: WR, S, CB, MLB, DT, OLB, DE
The Vikings have added a number of pieces over the last few drafts, but No. 1 receiver isn't among them. Woods has that potential.
7. Arizona Cardinals: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
Needs: ROT, WR, 3-4 OLB, QB, DE, DB, C/G, ILB
Kevin Kolb has the biggest year of his career ahead of him in 2012. If the Cardinals aren't competing for the playoffs, Arizona should think hard about a first-round quarterback.
8. St. Louis Rams: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Needs: OT, DT, CB, RB, LB, S
After another season in which the offensive line let Sam Bradford get beat up, the Rams look high for a tackle in the first round.
9. St. Louis Rams (from Washington Redskins): David Amerson, CB, N.C. State
Needs: OT, DT, CB, RB, LB, S
The Rams took cornerbacks in Janoris Jenkins and Trumaine Johnson yesterday, but we're guessing only one of the two pans out. Amerson will team with the other for a solid 1-2 at cornerback.
10. Seattle Seahawks: Keenan Allen, WR, Cal
Needs: LB, G/ROT, WR, RB, CB, TE, QB
Whoever the quarterback in Seattle by this time next year (Matt Flynn? Russell Wilson? Other?) will need another big-time receiver to throw to. Allen has huge upside.
11. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU
Needs: RB, OLB, SS, G, TE, ILB, WR
Aqib Talib still faces his share of legal uncertainty, but the Bucs avoided cornerback Morris Claiborne in the top-5. They'll nab Honey Badger to fill the hole next April.
12. Tennessee Titans: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
Needs: LB, S. OT, DE, RB, WR, DT
Short could shoot into the top-10 with a strong final season at Purdue.
13. Carolina Panthers: Johnathon Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Needs: CB, OLB, WR, OT, G, DE
In Hankins, the Panthers finally get the disruptive defensive tackle they need inside.
14. Denver Broncos: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
Needs: CB, G/C, RB, WR, QB
Lattimore could be next year's Trent Richardson, but injury worries push him in the teens. Denver gladly takes him at No. 14.
15. Kansas City Chiefs: Landry Jones, QB, Oklahoma State
Needs: NT, G, OLB, RB, DE, WR
If the Chiefs don't make the playoffs in 2012, it's probably time to start looking at quarterback replacements for Matt Cassel.
16. Chicago Bears: DeMarcus Milliner, CB, Alabama
Needs: CB, DE, LB, TE, DT, G, LT
The Bears need to get younger and more athletic at cornerback.
17. Cincinnati Bengals: Barkevious Mingo, DE/OLB, LSU
Needs: G, SS, DE, RB, OLB, DT
The Bengals love these hybrid outside linebacker-defensive end guys, and Mingo is probably the best one heading into 2012.
18. San Francisco 49ers: Barrett Jones, G/C, Alabama
Needs: G, DE, CB, OLB, TE S, ILB
The 49ers could really use an upgrade inside at guard, and Jones appears to be the top interior line prospect for 2012.
19. Dallas Cowboys: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Needs: S, CB, WR, G, RB, OLB
If the Cowboys just miss the playoffs again in 2012, Jerry Jones may have to look for the future at quarterback. Could he pass on a first-round quality signal caller from his alma mater?
20. New York Jets: Michael Dyer, RB, Arkansas State
Needs: WR, RT, DE, S, RB, ILB
The Jets are going to be a run-based football team in 2012 and beyond, so it makes sense to add a tough, physical runner here.
21. Buffalo Bills: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Needs: WR, OLB, CB, QB, TE, ILB, G
Despite the pick of Stephon Gilmore in the first round this year, the Bills understand the value of a loaded secondary.
22. Philadelphia Eagles: Ricky Wagner, OT, Wisconsin
Needs: LT, OLB, DT, QB, RB
No one knows how injured left tackle Jason Peters will recover from an Achilles' injury. Wagner is a solid backup plan.
23. New Orleans Saints: Jarvis Jones, DE/OLB, Georgia
Needs: Best available
The Saints return to the first round in 2013 by taking a high-ceiling pass rusher in Jarvis Jones.
24: San Diego Chargers: T.J. McDonald, USC
Needs: OL, OLB, S
McDonald would have been in consideration for a first-round grade had he come out in the 2012 NFL draft.
25. Atlanta Falcons: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Needs: Best avail
The Falcons are never shy about adding some bulk in the trenches with a first-round pick.
26. Baltimore Ravens: Alex Hurst, OT, LSU
Needs: G, OLB, LOT, DE, RB
The Ravens have a lot of bodies along the offensive line, but will they have an option they feel comfortable with at left tackle down the road?
27. New York Giants: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Needs: OT, RB, LB, DT, DE, S
An instinctive linebacker (and former No. 1 recruit), Te'o will give the Giants a playmaker they need at the position.
28. Pittsburgh Steelers: Monte Ball, RB, Wisconsin
Needs: OT/G, RB, CB, NT, ILB, RB, S
The Steelers haven't seemed confident in the recovery of running back Rashard Mendenhall.
29. Detroit Lions: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
Needs: CB, LOT, LB, DE, RB, S
Defensive end could be a big hole for the Lions' next draft if Kyle Vanden Bosch regresses or if Cliff Avril leaves in free agency.
30. Houston Texans: C.J. Mosley, ILB, Alabama
Needs: ROT, ILB, G, CB, OLB
If the Texans take a step back at inside linebacker next season, Mosley could be one of the plug-and-play starters.
31. New England Patriots: Khaled Holmes, G/C, USC
Needs: S, G/C, OLB, CB, RB
Eventually, the Patriots will have to rebuild the interior portion of their offensive line.
32. Green Bay Packers: Tony Jefferson, S, Oklahoma
Needs: S, RB, DE, CB, TE
Finding an adequate replacement may be a harder task than the Packers think.
