2012 NFL Draft Results: 25 Best Players Still Available
After a fast and furious first round (the NFL clocked it at three hours on the dot, which is pretty impressive) that featured more trades in the first round than any draft since 1970, who hasn't been selected and sitting out there for teams to take on Friday night?
Here is my list of the best guys still available heading into Day 2 of the 2012 NFL draft.
1) Rueben Randle, WR, LSU
2) Cordy Glenn, OG/OT, Georgia
3) Courtney Upshaw, DE/OLB, Alabama
4) Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford
5) Devon Still, DT, Penn State
6) Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford
7) Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin
8) Brandon Boykin, CB, Georgia
9) Amini Silatolu, OG, Midwestern State
10) Janoris Jenkins, CB, North Alabama
11) Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech
12) Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina
13) Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State
14) Andre Branch, DE/OLB, Clemson
15) Vinny Curry, DE, Marshal
16) Jerel Worthy, DT, Michigan State
17) Zach Brown, OLB, North Carolina
18) Josh Chapman, DT, Alabama
19) Bernard Pierce, RB, Temple
20) Ladarius Green, TE, Louisiana-Lafayette
21) Dwight Jones, WR, North Carolina
22) Alfonzo Dennard, CB, Nebraska
23) Bobby Wagner, MLB, Utah State
24) Brock Osweiler, QB, Arizona State
25) Leonard Johnson, CB, Iowa State
I expect the Rams to take Randle, which should leave Fleener sitting there for the Colts to take and give Andrew Luck a weapon right off the bat.
Let me know who you think should (or shouldn't) be on this list.
