NFL Draft Rumors: "No, We Can't Wait for Christmas, Ma!" Edition
So, here we are. Less than 12 hours until the 2012 NFL draft kicks off with the Indianapolis Colts kicking things off by taking Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck, and already the rumors of who wants to leap in front of who in the first round of tonight's proceedings have started flying.
NFL Network's Charley Casserly (via the Cleveland Plain Dealer) reports that the Bills are interested in trading up for offensive tackle Matt Kalil. (Never mind that just a mere two days ago they were supposedly enamored with Mark Barron)
Also from the Plain Dealer, the Buccaneers are apparently interested in trading up for Trent Richardson.
Then there are the Bengals, who, per the Cincinnati Inquirer's Joe Reedy, are interested in moving up to acquire linebacker Luke Kuechly.
And it's not even 9:00 AM on the East Coast yet...
Look, Christmas is coming, kids, I promise. In just a few short hours, you'll be able to open all your presents and see who got what. There is simply no need to bounce around from rumor to rumor for the next 12 hours or so looking for clues about who your favorite team is going to draft.
Now, excuse me while I scour the Internet for Packers draft rumors...
