Ryan Tannehill Speculation Increases as Draft Day Nears
The Luck vs. RGIII debate is all but settled.
Andrew Luck is on his way to being Peyton Manning’s successor and Robert Griffin III is likely headed to Washington, D.C. to be Rex Grossman, ah John Beck, err Donovan McNabb’s successor. The only debate is who will be more successful as an NFL quarterback.
Come draft day, the biggest quarterback mystery is former Texas A&M hurler Ryan Tannehill. The Dolphins seem to be the front-runners for now. Having lost out in the Manning, Alex Smith and Matt Flynn sweepstakes, Miami is in desperate need to show their fans they are serious about replacing Dan Marino, once and for all.
If the new Dolphins offensive coordinator Mike Sherman has a say in it, he’d like his former Texas A&M star to bring his talents to South Beach.
Bleacher Report’s Matt Miller takes you through the possible scenarios where Tannehill will end up playing. There could be some surprises, as there always seems to be on draft day.
NFLDraft365 is a production of Bleacher Report Videos. The show highlights all of the players, news, happenings and opinion surrounding the NFL draft and is covered year-round for NFL fans who are serious about their teams.
