The Toledo Rockets and Ball State Cardinals went Under in both head-to-head meetings last season with those games averaging a combined 111.5 points, and we look for a similarly low scoring game here.

Toledo is 0-9 straight up on the road this season, and an inept offense is mostly to blame. The Rockets are averaging a lowly 53.8 points per game away from home this season on a dreadful 39.5 percent shooting from the floor, and we do not expect much improvement today vs. a Ball State defense that is allowing only 58.8 points per game at home.

Because of that stiff defense, the Under is a nice 7-4 this season in all Ball State games that have had a posted total. Another factor is that the Ball State offense has resembled, well, Toledo lately, as the Cards are shooting just 39.2 percent from the floor themselves in the last five games.
