NFL Prospects Who Have Killed Their Own Draft Stock
It’s the most wonderful time of the year: draft time.
A time when all the experts make predictions and no one really knows who’s right or wrong. A time when we constantly guess who's going where, and whose stock is rising or falling.
Sometimes, players take matters into their own hands when it comes to ruining their stock. Take for example Orson Charles, the tight end from Georgia was once riding high on everyone’s draft boards.
He was targeted as a late first-round pick, but everything changed in a couple of heartbeats as Charles ran in the high fours at his pro day. Less than a week later, the Georgia tight end made headlines again by getting a DUI.
Do incidents off the field and shortcomings during workouts have a bearing on how a player succeeds in the NFL? Only time can answer that question. In the meantime, our Bleacher Report NFL crew takes a look at what players in the 2012 NFL Draft have no one to blame but themselves for a plummeting draft stock.
NFLDraft365 is a production of Bleacher Report Videos. The show highlights all of the players, news, happenings and opinion surrounding the NFL Draft and is covered year-round for NFL fans, who are serious about their teams.
