WWE News: Will FCW Developmental Hit Dean Ambrose Debut Tonight on SmackDown?

Tonight is a live Super Smackdown special featuring some of the biggest names in WWE history.

We have appearances from Rowdy Piper, Jim Duggan, Ted DiBiase Sr., Gene Okerland, Dusty Rhodes, Sgt. Slaughter, Howard Finkel, Hillbilly Jim and more. Am I forgetting anybody important?

Yes I am; I'm deliberately forgetting the "Hardcore Legend," Mick Foley.

The former WWE Champion and one of the biggest stars in wrestling history is advertised to appear tonight.

What has Foley been up to?

Well he's on the receiving end of being insulted, being told his in-ring style brings a negative effect to the wrestling industry.

Foley responded via Twitter:

“Having a blast with my kids at Disney. Not really concerned about some guy I've never heard of.”

“Three months ago,people asked me about facing TAKER at Mania – now, it’s a guy from FCW. TITANIC 3D isn't the only ship sinking this week.”

Foley is responding to the insults of the arguably hottest commodity in WWE's developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling, Dean Ambrose.

As of late, Ambrose has been cyber bullying Mick Foley via Twitter. His tweets aren't necessarily the point of the article, so you can view his tweets to Foley if you want to see them.

The general belief right now—within the dirt-sheets—is that this Twitter war will ultimately lead to Ambrose's debut on WWE programming.

We all know Foley doesn't appear on WWE programming very often. WWE is also has been debuting several new stars over the past two weeks.

Tonight on the live Super Smackdown special would be the most reasonable night to debut Dean Ambrose for a while.

Now I'm not predicting Ambrose will debut tonight, but I will definitely be on the lookout for it.
