Full Ride 2013 WR Power Rankings: James Quick and Robert Foster Highlights

Big play wide receivers are staking their claim on the list of top-25 recruits in the class of 2013. The group is headlined by Robert Foster from Monaca, Penn. Not only is he the top wideout in the class, he's also the top offensive player overall.

Foster is yet to make a commitment and is being recruited by several programs nationwide.

Texas commit Ricky Seals-Jones ranks as the No. 2 wide receiver at 6'5", 215 pounds. His ability to stretch the field and snatch balls out of the air will add another dimension to the Longhorn offense in 2013.

The next best receiver in the class is James Quick, a Kentucky State champion in the 200-meter dash. SEC schools are definitely taking notice of Quick's speed and ball-catching ability, but his eye is on Oregon.
