Brock Lesnar is back, and he definitely brought the pain on Monday night. As John Cena was calling for The Rock to come out so he could congratulate him on his WrestleMania 28 win, the WWE Universe was surprised (maybe not really) as Lesnar came out to his familiar music instead.
His impact was made instantly after he extended his arm to shake John Cena's hand, only to sucker him into an F5. Now that Lesnar is back, how long will he be back, how often will he appear and what impact will he have?
It was logical to have Lesnar start back up with Cena due to the fact that the two men battled back and forth for the WWE Championship in 2003. It was this feud that many feel started John Cena's meteoric rise to the top. On many occasions, Cena almost came close to capturing the title from Lesnar only to fall short.
Does anyone remember this moment? If Lesnar is back for a significant amount of time, there could be more moments like this.
While Lesnar's return isn't exactly earth-shattering news, it certainly will generate some buzz. WrestleMania 28 was very successful in the box office and in overall revenue, but you have to think that WWE is already trying to top this year's event as they push toward WrestleMania 29 at Met Life Stadium for the NY/NJ event.
