WrestleMania 28 Results: The Rock's Departure Would Be Epic Disaster for WWE
The Rock took down John Cena just like he promised he would, and now comes the next, most vital chapter in his wrestling career.
Of course, his stay or departure means everything to the WWE, and little to the actual man and People's Champion.
The Rock has already accomplished everything that he could have dreamed of in the WWE and now has a prolific career in Hollywood.

The next step is crucial to the WWE and the vitality that one of the most legendary wrestlers just breathed into it. The Rock came, he saw and he kicked some Fruity Pebbles tail. Now what?
The next step is the most crucial for the WWE and the face of the organization in John Cena. The man so readily booed came away the loser to an icon, and may in fact be better for it.
We have all been clamoring for a shift in the tired image of Cena. He always got over, and there was a very real sense the same would happen at WrestleMania.
Lucky for us, there was no passing of the torch, a moment that would have seemed ludicrous considering how many in attendance would have booed him.
From entering the stadium in Celtics green, to imitating the Rock later in the match, Cena showed an ability to be edgy and, most importantly, interesting.
But he can't do this on his own.
If there is going to be a passing of the torch moment, the WWE needs to seize this momentum immediately.
The last thing they need is for The Rock to come in and beat Cena, only to do sporadic remotes for the next couple of years.
While the finish was epic, it shouted loud and clear that there was work to be done.
As The Rock stood victorious, the only thought I had was, "This can't be it." The story between these two just got good. A year in the making seemed to drag on until last night when it finally flourished with possibilities.
To end this rivalry here and now would be disastrous, because we fans just had a taste of what the shared animosity between the two can be.
We want more.
