Note: As part of the new WWE blog, I'll be asking all of the B/R wrestling readers for questions for a new mailbag that I will post on Fridays. It will be a slideshow featuring 10-20 questions and answers on a wide range of topics. You can submit questions either through Formspring or Twitter, and the best ones will be answered in the B/R mailbag.
WWE News: Even More Major Backstage Heat on the Rock After WrestleMania Weekend
The Rock hasn’t exactly been welcomed back to the WWE with open arms.
While some within WWE, as well as the fans, are glad to see him wrestling again and think he’s great for the business, others—like John Cena and CM Punk—have made it perfectly clear that they’re not really fans of The Rock.
Although I don’t necessarily agree with those who’ve criticized The Rock since his return to the company last year, I can definitely see why he might have some backstage heat among the boys.

And apparently, that heat got even worse over the weekend.
"There was heat on The Rock among some of the Legends and talents in Miami this week for not attending the Hall of Fame ceremony on Saturday night. No word yet on why he didn’t attend.
"
That does seem really weird.
Unless The Rock had some other type of function that was ridiculously important to attend on Saturday night, then I don’t think there’s any real reason why he should’ve missed the Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
It’s not going to do him any favors to miss that ceremony, because all it’s going to do is make him look like he doesn’t care about attending one of the WWE’s most important events of the year.
I’m sure The Rock hasn’t had a great reputation during his current run in the WWE, and this weekend probably made matters much worse.
Not only did The Rock miss the Hall of Fame ceremony, but he also went over John Cena at WrestleMania 28. I can guarantee that it rubbed a lot of people within WWE the wrong way to see The Rock come in for one more match and beat the face of the company clean.
I’m not saying that I necessarily agree with the resentment toward The Rock. Just saying that it’s there and was probably made even worse over the course of this wild weekend.
People will think that it was self-indulging of The Rock to show up at WrestleMania, but fail to show up at the Hall of Fame ceremony because he wasn’t directly involved in it.
If The Rock does indeed make his last WWE appearance for a while on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw, there will be plenty of happy people. I just won’t be one of them.
