All of these games will be a thrill to watch with several of the top high school players and teams competing. The Kentwood game will feature the top junior player in the country, Josh Smith. From what I've heard from several basketball players around the state, Smith is a step above Tony Wroten right now. I can't wait to see him dominate.

The Decatur and Federal Way game will pit fifth-year senior Marcus Tibbs against multi-talented Federal Way team featuring the likes of Michael Hale and Cole Dickerson. In the Rainier Beach and Dominguez game, Beach will be led by Corey Stern and Aaron Dotson. The team that is playing Rainier Beach, Dominguez, is the alma mater of current NBA stars Tyson Chandler and Tayshaun Prince.

The Bellevue and Bellarmine Prep game will also be a treat to watch with Bellevue's Colton Christian, Alex Schrempf, and Aaron Bright. For the Bellarmine Prep Lions, they will be led by Abdul Gaddy. Gaddy will step on his future home court at Hec Ed, as he is slated to play for Lorenzo Romar and become a Husky next year.

And finally, the best game, Franklin vs. Garfield. With Franklin's move down to Metro, they no longer have the chance to play Garfield in league play. Garfield, with the phenom Tony Wroten, will go up against the experienced and Louisville-bound player, Peyton Siva.

Picks

Kentwood over Bothell
Federal Way over Decatur
Rainier Beach over Dominguez
Bellevue over Bellarmine Prep
Garfield over Franklin
