WWE WrestleMania 28 Results: What's Next for Randy Orton After Loss to Kane?
The Big Red Monster was able to stop the Viper last night in a match which showed why both men are going to be Hall of Famers someday.
Kane and Randy Orton may not have had the match of the night, or even the second- or third-best match, but by the standards of WWE, they had a great match.
Both men had some great moments and the match told a wonderful story, but in the end I was shocked to see Orton lose to Kane.

I guess I should have seen it coming. Cena beat Kane during their feud and Kane needed a win to look like a major threat to anyone in WWE anymore.
What really makes me curious is what will happen to Orton. Having lost at WrestleMania could not have made the Viper happy. Either on Monday Night Raw or Friday on SmackDown, we are sure to hear his thoughts in the outcome of the match.
Orton is still one of WWE's top guys, but over the last year, he has stepped aside so WWE could push other superstars to the top, and it really shows what a great team player he is.
Putting over guys like Punk, Ziggler, Barrett and Kane in matches all over the last 12 months proves he is not a spotlight hog, because the amount of pull he has could easily have led to a couple of those guys getting buried.
I am glad to see guys like Orton exist these days, because it seems that so many people are out for themselves.
With WrestleMania now in the rear-view mirror, it is time to look forward to Extreme Rules. I see Orton looking to exact some measure of revenge in some sort of stipulation match.
Certainly another Cell match is unlikely, given that WWE just had one and they still have a whole PPV based around the concept later in the year.
A steel cage or Falls Count Anywhere match is possible, but I see this going a step further. I am talking about either an Inferno match or a Buried Alive match.
If WWE wants to make non-title feuds entertaining, then this is the way to do. Take two guys with an established feud and put them in a brutal match where only one can emerge victorious.
It is entertaining and it adds to the already dramatic setting WWE is in.
Whatever WWE decides to do, I am curious as to where Orton will go from here and I will be watching it unfold in the coming weeks.
Thanks for reading. What did you think of Kane's win over Orton last night?
