The headline matchup at WrestleMania 28 didn't disappoint, and The Rock defeated John Cena in a marathon match that lasted well over a half-an-hour.
The crowd was juiced up before this match, and both wrestlers gave them something more to cheer about once the action began.
The WWE orchestrated this fight to go down like a good, old fashioned Rocky movie script.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Both men were dominant at times, and they took turns beating each other senseless.
After the opening salvo, which neither man won, The Rock tossed Cena out of the ring and attempted to drop him from above. He ended up missing on the attempt, giving Cena an opportunity to recover.
Cena finally landed a few devastating blows to The Rock's ribs while they were on the ground, and at one point he dropped him right onto the edge of the announcer's table, further injuring The Rock's ribs.
They ended up back in the ring, and they never really ventured outside the ring after the first 10 minutes of the match.
Cena was able to successfully execute the "Five Knuckle Shuffle" at one point, and it looked as if he were getting the better of The Rock for quite some time during the middle of the match.
He also tried and failed a few times to execute the STF before finally executing that tricky move as well.
The Rock was stuck in that brutal hold for approximately four minutes, during which he passed out for a time. The ref was close to calling the match, and he ended up pulling The Rock's arm up and letting it fall two times without any response. Finally, on the third and final try, The Rock woke back up and was able to carry on.
He ended up getting out of Cena's STF by literally crawling halfway across the mat with Cena on his back to get to the ropes and give himself another chance to get on his feet.
The Rock followed that up by hitting Cena with the "Spinebuster", finishing the devastating move with the "People's Elbow."
The two of them went back and forth for another few minutes before The Rock finally hit Cena with the "Rock Bottom" to end it all.
It was an epic matchup that couldn't have been scripted any better.
This victory proves once and for all that The Rock is one of the greatest pro wrestlers that has ever set foot in the ring.
