WrestleMania 28: Top 5 Reasons Tonight's Show Is a Must Buy
Tonight is the night! WrestleMania is only a few hours away, and wrestling fans are more than ready. It has been a long year, but the time is finally upon us.
Millions of fans have already ordered the show. For the few still on the fence about ordering the event (for whatever reason), here are a few reasons to pull the trigger and watch WrestleMania!
5. End of an Era
1 of 5Tonight could be Undertaker's final match!
Think about that. Such a scenario has been hinted at many times with the entire "End of an Era" build. Some think that title has been about the streak, I think it is more about the Deadman's career.
Ric Flair retired four years ago.
Shawn Michaels retired two years ago.
Undertaker may very well be retiring very soon.
Triple H may also only have a few more matches left.
It truly could be the end tonight. Add in the historic Heck on a Deck steel structure, and you have a major event for wrestling fans to view.
You can't miss it.
4. Wrestling Matters?
2 of 5CM Punk is walking into Wrestle Mania as the WWE Champion.
Daniel Bryan is walking into Wrestle Mania as World Champion.
Pause for a moment.
Fans have whined, cried and begged for these two to get their due for years now. Guess what folks? You are not going to get much more high profile than this.
Also, Zack Ryder finally gets a Mania match. It may be in a huge tag-team match, but it is still on the main show.
Show WWE these men are draws! Show the company officials that these men are the future! Show WWE that fans really do "want" them in the spotlight!
The only way to do that is with your wallet.
3. Rumors
3 of 5Vignettes have been airing for Lord Tensai to arrive in WWE. Is his time tonight in Miami?
"Miss USA" Rima has said that she is now with WWE. Does she make an impact at Mania?
Sin Cara is in town for the event. Does he return shortly?
Everybody has been discussing the potential Brock Lesnar return. Who would want to miss such a huge moment in WWE history?
Finally, many past WWE stars are in Miami, including Batista. Could they just be visiting or is there more to the story?
WWE has done a masterful job letting all these "leaks" out there the day before their biggest show of the year. Make no mistake, if they really wanted all of this to be kept secret, they would.
The company knows fans are just jumping up and down over all these rumors. WWE knows a few more people are now going to purchase the show because of the buzz.
Once again, WWE always knows what they are doing. Always. Nice work folks!
2. Cena vs. Rock
4 of 5This is the main event. John Cena vs. The Rock is the driving force towards financial success tonight.
It truly is going to be "once in a lifetime." Situations like this do not come around every year. You can count on one hand dream matches in this generation.
The Rock returning to take on John Cena is the biggest bout WWE can give us right now. There is no doubt this match has sold many homes on buying this show.
If you are not excited for this, I suggest checking your pulse. You may not even be a living, breathing wrestling fan.
1. It Is WrestleMania!
5 of 5This is the showcase of the immortals.
It is the show of shows.
The grandest stage of them all!
You can use all the fun phrases you want. In the end, it really shouldn't matter one bit.
If you are not ordering this show, why even watch WWE? Honestly, I would really like to know why you are even a fan going forward in 2012
WrestleMania is it. This is the event you wait for. Nothing will ever be bigger than this. If you truly are not pumped for this show, I suggest not watching Raw or Smackdown anymore.
Tonight, WWE has one of the most stacked card of matches ever. Ever! In a few hours, I will be watching the show through legal means.
Will you?
