Masters TV Coverage 2012: A Guide to Every Day at Augusta

Carlos TorresJun 7, 2018

The Augusta National Golf Club is home to The Masters, the year's first major tournament, which is scheduled to begin on Thursday April 5.

This will be the 76th edition of The Masters and tomorrow the action begins at 7:50 a.m. ET. Craig Stadley, Brendan Steele and Tim Clark will kick off the action as the first of the 32 threesomes that made the field for this edition.

There is a lot of expectation surrounding the 2012 tournament. This especially because of the resurgence of former world No. 1 and four-time Masters winner Tiger Woods, and the emergence of Rory McIlroy as the possible heir to his throne.

You also have three-time Masters champ Phil Mickelson, who always delivers at Augusta, and the world's No. 1 player Luke Donald, who comes off a record-setting year that saw him atop the money lists of the PGA and European Tours.

Defending champ Charl Schwartzel is looking to prove that last year's win was no fluke and to become just the fourth player to repeat as Masters champion.

Many others among the world's elite—including Lee Westwood, Hunter Mahan, Adam Scott, Steve Stricker and Martin Kaymer—are also poised to earn their right at wearing the coveted green jacket on Sunday.

This year's edition could be one of the best ever, and you don't want to miss the chance at watching possible history in the making.
