Kurt Warner, a Hero—Donovan McNabb, Still a Zero
Like I stated in my previous article, the number one reason why the Cardinals will win is Kurt Warner. Through fatigue, he endured. Through pain, he excelled. And through victory, he continued to shock the world. Warner went above and beyond what was expected of him, and he fueled this Arizona team to a well-deserved victory.
The Eagles pressured Warner on almost every possession, and were still unable to slow him down. Their Defense got "burned" on every short pass Warner could muster. So much for that Great Philadelphia defense huh?
Philadelphia's defense was pretty pathetic in the first half, but they also stopped Arizona on three straight possessions in the third. These stops allowed for McNabb to find his rhythm and get his team back into the game. Unfortunately, it was too little too late.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
I must admit the Eagles did put up a great third quarter performance as they inched their way back into the game on every possession. A big third and 19 completion by McNabb was a major turning point in the second half.
However, McNabb had a rather unproductive first half. Zero tds and two crucial turnovers (fumble, interception). McNabb looked pretty shaky out there, as he should have been. None of us expected the Cardinals' defense to come out looking like that.
The Arizona defense did a great job of containing both McNabb and Westbrook. They fought with intensity and passion. I guess being called the underdogs and having home-field advantage was just the motivation they needed.
Philadelphia sadly ended their season with another NFC Championship loss. McNabb, as he has done so many times before, failed to close. Warner came out striking and made McNabb look like Matt Ryan a couple weeks back.
Today, Warner came out a winner, and McNabb remained a loser. All in all, this was a great game. I have nothing but respect for both teams. Philadelphia is great franchise that will continue to have success in the future. Arizona just had a better team this year, and a better leader. His name, Kurt Warner.
