Shell Houston Open 2012: Preview, Tee Times, & More for Saturday

The Shell Houston Open is ready to dive straight into the weekend, and with Phil Mickelson and other top players in contention, this ought to be another thriller.

Players at the Shell Houston Open will be given one last chance to fine tune their game before descending upon Augusta National next week.

Brian Davis and Louis Oosthuizen are leading the pack at 11-under-par. Davis shot stellar rounds of 68 and 65, while Oosthuizen fired 67 and 66 for the first two rounds.

Phil Mickelson is at nine-under-par after two consistent rounds of 67 and 70. Lefty is only two shots back and tied for fourth. A strong finish here at the Houston Open will leave Mickelson on a high note heading to Augusta next week.

Tommy Gainey, Greg Owen, J.B. Holmes, and James Driscoll are all prowling at nine-under, and have a shot at victory.
