Wrestlemania 28 Predictions: John Cena and More Bold Picks for PPV

This year’s WrestleMania is one of the hardest cards to pick the winners and losers from each match. However, if you have to make a prediction if you’re doing a WrestleMania pool, then you have to take John Cena over The Rock and these other winners. 

John Cena over The Rock

This match is one of the most anticipated matches in the history of the WWE. They have done a tremendous job at building this match for an entire year, even without The Rock as a full-time wrestler. 

However, because Cena is there all the time, and The Rock is just coming back for this one match and then he’ll be back off to Hollywood, it means that Cena will get the pin fall to close the show. 

If you take a look at both wrestlers move set you’ll see that each wrestler has about the same amount of moves to use. Each wrestler has a devastating wrestler. Each wrestler has a signature move like Cena’s “You can’t see me” and The Rock’s “Peoples elbow.” And each wrestler has a submission move that they can use if they need to. 

But, because of Cena being a full-time wrestler and The Rock only wresting in one match since WrestleMania XX, Cena will go over to close the show. 

Triple-H over The Undertaker

When the WWE introduced Shawn Michaels into the match at WrestleMania, it stacked the deck against the Undertaker. Shawn has an ax to grind with the Undertaker since he lost to him in consecutive years, the last one forcing Shawn to retire. 

With Michaels and HHH’s background as best friends, it’s hard to believe that he will turn on his best friend just to spite him. 

Plus, the match is a Hell in a Cell, a match that HHH has dominated in no matter who the opponent has been.

The ending should come with HBK getting involved hitting a Super Kick on the Undertaker after trying to hit HHH with his finisher. Then Michaels reluctantly counts three, as Triple-H ends the streak. 

Beth Phoenix and Eve Torres over Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos

This is only a shock since the WWE seems to always put their celebrities over at WrestleMania. But, because of Menounos’ rib injury and Phoenix and Torres being the stronger female wrestlers, they should be the ones who go over in this match. 

Menounos can still get some offensive moves in when she is in the ring against Torres, so that the WWE can get the main stream media highlights after the event. 

However, the end of the match should see Phoenix hit the Glam Slam on Kelly picking up the pin fall. 

These three winners are bold picks, and could separate yourself from your competition in your WrestleMania pool.
