Kaka Current Situation: Milan or Manchester?

After reading article after article after article, I have come to see the true picture here.

AC Milan can not publicly state they have accepted Manchester City FC's bid but have accepted it privately and verbally but have not signed yet. What AC Milan have said is, they nor Kaka have signed anything at present.

I suspect that AC Milan are waiting for Kaka and his father to make their minds up before signing or not signing.

If Kaka and his father choose to sign for Manchester City FC then AC Milan will go ahead and sign. From what I understand AC Milan would be able to wipe their debt off from the sale of Kaka.

Its also reported that Kaka's father was not due back from his trip until the 19th of January so that would confirm Kaka is still a Milan player.

One thing I can say about all this is, AC Milan fans need to take a step back and see the bigger picture.

They may have a world class squad but that same squad is aging and could do with a little injection, I am talking more than one player and the gain of a big money deal would in turn free up some finance for AC Milan.

At this point in time being in huge debt is not a great position to be in and for you all to turn on your club for the potential loss of one player is a little harsh.

Some Italians rant about respect and loyalty but their showing no respect or loyalty to the very administration that pulled AC Milan from the sharp edge of bankruptcy and give you entry into the European Elite Club.

If Kaka leaves it will not be because he has betrayed AC Milan, it will be because he feels it right for his family and for AC Milan. If he chooses to stay then AC Milan will keep their Star player but face an uncertain future with an aging squad and debt at their feet.

A certain unwanted neighbour of our's is in the same position but deeper in debt, their fans delude themselves into thinking they are safe and ok only life dictates and not delusion.

Right now our manager Mark Hughes is also saying nothing is concrete yet and that only strengthens my prediction of the current situation.

If Kaka does not sign for Manchester City FC then we will carry on and find another superstar, I would personally target the Brazilian Diego.

A club is not about one player, well it should not be but I guess sometimes it is about one player occasionally.

I see that the only looser in the Kaka saga if he was to join Manchester City FC would be the League, Serie A.
