Trent Richardson Video: Watch Former Alabama Star's Uncanny Strength at Pro Day

Everybody knows that Trent Richardson is a beast on the football field, but here's some video proof that the former Alabama Crimson Tide running back doesn't need pads on to showcase his strength.

In case you're wondering just who that tubby man was that Richardson put on his butt, thanks to Twitter, we have the answer.

Andrew Gribble covers Alabama for the Mobile Press-Register, Birmingham News, Huntsville Times and AL.com, and he tweeted who it was.

The Browns are in the prime spot to draft Richardson with the fourth overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. If they do indeed pick him, what a story this would be.

I would hope that every time Richardson sees Gary Brown he'd say, "Hey coach, remember that time I embarrassed you at my pro day? Yeah, good times."

Richardson did just 25 reps in the 225 lb. bench press, but he showed great intensity during the drills. This is one of them and thankfully it was all captured on video.

According to Chase Goodbread, who covers the Crimson Tide for the Tuscaloosa News, Richardson has some private workouts planned in the coming weeks.

Trent Richardson says he's got at least three private workouts scheduled w/ individual clubs between now and draft, including Browns & Bucs.

As the top running back in the 2012 draft class, Richardson is highly coveted.

It will be very interesting to see which NFL team gets him, but those two teams are the likely landing spots for the star running back, unless of course some team makes a surprise trade to jump up and get him.
