Viral Video of the Day: Diego Maradona Does Somersault Along Touchline
Maradona's still got it. Whatever "it" is.
As everybody knows, Diego Maradona is coaching in Dubai with Al-Wasl these days. If you caught Al-Wasl's match on Saturday against Emirates Club (who's your cable provider, by the way?) you might have seen the diminutive Argentine legend pull off a feat of amazing athletic ability.
Erm, sort of.

Al-Wasl won the match 4-1, but at some point during the beatdown, one of Maradona's players scuffed a glorious chance wide of the far post. That didn't sit well with Maradona, who would have punched the ball into the net with his hand, given the chance.
Alas, that wasn't possible, seeing as Maradona is now 51 years old.
No matter. The 5'5" manager did the next best thing—he performed a somersault along the touchline.
As far as I'm concerned, this is proof that Maradona loves the press. A somersault along the touchline, eh? That's a gold mine for writers.
So, wordsmiths, is Maradona like…
… a roly poly? No, that's too easy.
… Sonic the Hedgehog? No, Diego's just not svelte enough these days.
… the Meatballs from Jersey Shore? No, that's not quite right. Too…something.
… the character Meatwad from the popular cartoon Aqua Teen Hunger Force?
Oh yeah. You better believe it.
