Andrew Luck Video: Watch Superstar Prospect Flash Arm Strength at Pro Day
In case you were wondering, Andrew Luck is legit.
Thursday was Stanford’s pro day, and it was essentially the last time scouts were able to get a look at Luck before next month’s NFL draft.
He did not disappoint.
According to Bleacher Report NFL deputy editor Dylan MacNamara, Luck’s throws were looking pretty:
"Accurate, high velocity throws 15+ outside the hashes. Also accurate when rolling out to his left.

With the high winds at Palo Alto, it wasn’t the greatest conditions to throw a perfect pro day, but Luck came pretty close.
Guard David DeCastro served as his center, and on his first throw, Luck displayed outstanding footwork while flinging a slightly underthrown ball to his receiver, who had to slow up a bit to make the catch.
His second pass (55-second mark) was a perfect spiral to an in-stride receiver that forgot his shirt. That was the sort of pass that gets scouts so excited. The third throw (1:30) showed off his footwork as he stepped through the pressure to make the easy dump-off throw.
After a drop by his tight end, his fifth throw (2:35) was another bullet that hit his man square in the chest. On the sixth throw (3:05), he showed his ability to evade the pressure with a tight spin move while still throwing a dart that was right on target.
With his athleticism, arm strength and overall mental state of mind, it’s pretty obvious why he is the undisputed choice for the No. 1 pick.
Lately, there has been a sentiment around the league that Robert Griffin III should be the top pick. After watching some of Luck’s throws on Thursday, it’s impossible to pass over him with the No. 1 pick.
He didn’t have to throw at the pro day, but he did, and you have to like his competitiveness in wanting to do so. Luck is the best prospect in the 2012 NFL draft, and Thursday, he passed his final exam with flying colors.
