Tim Tebow Jersey: Nike to Blame for April Debut of Hot New Jets Threads
Are you a Tebowmaniac? Have you been scouring the internet in search of an official Tim Tebow New York Jets jersey and found nothing more than disappointment and frustration at your fingertips?
Well, sorry to break it to you, Fireman Ed, but unless you decide to design your own Tebow No. 15, you'll just have to wait a few weeks to get your eager, little hands on one.
Bart Scott is already struggling to contain himself.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
So what's the hold up, you ask? According to The Long Island Business News, it has everything to do with the NFL transitioning its licensing and merchandise business from Reebok, which has turned out the league's jerseys for the last decade, to Nike.
In the meantime, some sporting goods retailers, like Modell's, are trying to get Reebok to manufacture some Tebow jerseys anyway, though, chances are, Tebowmaniacs will simply have to employ patience while the Swooshsters get their production up to speed.
And, you'll be delighted/enraged/indifferent to find out that once those Tebow jerseys go live, they might look entirely different from any Gang Green getup you've ever seen. Nike is planning to do for NFL uniforms what it's done for some of college football's most venerable brands in recent years—alter the designs considerably, to make them more eye-popping...or eye-gauging.
Like their own version of "Extreme Makeover: NFL Edition."
What that means for Tebow and the Jets remains to be see. Maybe Nike will dress them all up like airline pilots.
We'll have a much better idea of what's to come when Nike unveils the new threads on April 3rd and releases them to the public later in the month.
For now, you'll just have to get creative if you (for whatever reason) are dying to sport some Tebow gear around the Big Apple.
