"More craziness filed to ESPN: Jaguars are back in the mix, seeing if they now can pull off a trade with Denver for Tim Tebow.

A manic day wouldn't be complete without one more big piece of news. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the trade sending Tebow east has complications that could destroy it.
"Filed to ESPN (1): Denver and Jets have encountered hangup in language in Tim Tebow's contract that could nullify trade.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 21, 2012"
Schefter continued.
"(2) If the Tebow trade to Jets falls apart, St. Louis could wind up getting back into play. Sides sorting through details.

Tim Tebow's contract has about $5 million worth of recapture language in his contract that the Jets are now unwilling to deal with.
This is the same issue that pulled the Jaguars out of the running as it complicated them making a deal for a player that would have been something of a hometown favorite for Jacksonville.
Schefter touches upon the issue with the following tweet.
"Tim Tebow has $5 million worth of recapture language, meaning Jets would have to pay back money to Denver. Jets might be unwilling. Complex.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 21, 2012"
As Schefter notes, the St. Louis Rams were a surprise team of note right before the trade was reported. If this trade does fall through, you can bet that the Rams will jump back into the action.
The shuffle occurring behind the scenes in the Jets front office is no doubt taking place in St. Louis as they deal with the same obligations in Tebow's contract.
For the moment, one of the biggest offseason transactions is being worked out.
Schefter ends the turmoil with a tweet that reports the trade very well could stay intact going forward.
"One league source said he believes Tim Tebow trade with Jets will go through. But contractual issues now complicating it.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 21, 2012"
It seems that Denver consummated this trade prior to asking the New York to take on the hefty sum. An already tremendous deal had substantial monetary repercussions that the Jets are seemingly just now finding out about.
"Jets-Broncos agreed to Tim Tebow trade before Denver asked NY to pay back portion of bonuses and salary already paid to Tebow. No deal yet.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 21, 2012"
The Jets are dealing with a $5 million pill they are now forced to swallow.
